More power in Maharashtra’s soil than in Europe’s: MNS releases video message
On the occasion of party chief Raj Thackeray’s birthday today, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has released a short video of his speech where he talks about bringing Maharashtrians together.
The video also contains his various photos, including his meet with affected farmers and women among others.
In a video, Raj Thackeray can be heard saying that the power in Maharashtra’s soil is much more that of Europe.
“Maharashtra is a developing state, it might have faced issues in between due to casteism, but it will be the first state to come out of it. If we look at the journey of Maharashtra… the DNA of Maharashtra, Marathi manus will come out of it. I will bring everyone from the state together as Maharashtra. It is tough and may take some time, but it will happen. The power in the soil of Maharashtra is much more than the soil of Europe. We are superior in all aspects.”
On Sunday, Raj Thackeray had written a letter to the party worker ahead of his birthday urging them not to come to visit him given the current situation and asked them to continue the social work they are doing.
Thackeray said that it doesn’t feel right for him to celebrate when several people are taking treatment for COVID and many including party workers have lost their lives.
